OnPoint’s software offerings are available either on an Enterprise (In-house) or Hosted (ASP) implementation model.
For organizations that may not have the available IT personnel on staff or the equipment/infrastructure resources to support the system, a Hosted solution may be the best choice.
In a hosted implementation, OnPoint supplies the hardware/platform, performs the software installation/integration, and is responsible for all ongoing platform maintenance. In addition to realizing the benefits of a Tier One, highly available and redundant hosting platform, customers have reduced personnel and daily task management requirements, and can depend on guaranteed "up time" service levels. And implementation start-up time can be very fast. Hosted servers are typically up and operational for a customer in as little as 48 hours.
OnPoint Hosted software user licenses recur annually at a discounted rate, based on the solution size, and server hosting is billed on an annual contract basis. About 80% of OnPoint’s customers are Hosted implementations.
