2019 Features Preview
OnPoint is excited to announce a number of new, integrated features and optional modules designed to enhance the online and mobile experience for your learners, and extend the reporting and data management for your performance managers and administrators.
We’d like to invite you to attend any (or all!) of three upcoming webinars -- two scheduled in the next few weeks, and one in January for anyone who might be on a longer holiday break.
We’ll take just an hour of your day to provide an overview and answer summary-level questions, but of course are happy to schedule a follow-up / deeper dive at your convenience.

Base UX Package – Hear how the UI/UX utilities that drive the portal and mobile user interfaces have been updated to support more flexible graphics and interactions
Social – Get a quick look at our new Forum layouts and functionalities, and a brief tour of the updates to Activities including free-form discussion between users and managers
“Netflix”- style layout – preview the latest interface template designed for customers contemplating use of the Suggestion Engine
New Modules:
Suggestion Engine Module –OnPoint’s new Suggestion Engine module unlocks advanced “machine learning” capabilities for your learning environment. This optional module delivers system-derived recommendations for every learner based on their current experiences, recorded preferences and past behaviors enabling a learner-led journey.
Analytics/Dashboards Engine Module – Introduces advanced reporting and analysis capabilities making it easier for administrators and managers to track team progress, predict skill gaps and monitor learning behaviors. Baseline analytics capabilities are included in Performance Manager with several optional dashboards and customized data visualization available in the advanced module.
Digital Classroom Module – Introduces a next-generation approach to classroom and live training activities with an end-to-end digital solution spanning event registration, attendance taking, assignment release/tracking, in-class testing and polling, interactive whiteboards and more: that old three-ring training binder is gone forever!
